Living Water Ministries employs approximately 25 seasonal staff each year. Candidates for these positions should have a relationship with Christ that is reflected by a heart to serve others. The summer season is a physically and emotionally demanding time, but also extremely rewarding. Applicants selected for employment will be expected to be a part of staff training prior to the start of the summer season.

Living Water Ministries is searching for our summer 2026 team of faith formers, servant leaders, leadership developers, community builders, and world changers. We offer a meaningful summer working with students grades 1-12, adults with developmental disabilities and children in foster care. Make a difference in the world while also having the time of your life.

All positions are paid $430/wk. Typical contracts are 10 weeks.
