2020 Summer Cancellation FAQ
Why can’t you just delay the start of the 2020 season?
The Living Water Ministries board considered a variety of scenarios in processing this difficult decision, including delayed start dates. The uncertainty of school recovery calendars, state and federal mandates related to health and safety, and the persistence of COVID-19 are factors beyond our control that outweigh what we could manage effectively. A delayed start would likely delay, not eliminate, these complications and uncertainties.
Will I get a refund?
You are eligible to receive a full refund of any registration fees you have made or you may choose to turn your payment into a tax deductible donation to Living Water Ministries. For families of registered participants and congregations, our registrar will be in contact within the coming week with more information about this process, instructions, and timelines. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but we request your patience during this period of high demand.
What are the dates for next year’s programs?
All program and session dates for 2021 will be announced by June 28th, 2020, on the Living Water Ministries website. While we mourn the loss of our 2020 summer season with you, we look forward to sharing the gospel through our on-site and Day Camp programs in 2021!

What can I do to help?
First, we ask for your patience. Our staff is currently working from our homes and doing everything possible to respond to inquiries and messages in a timely manner. Second, please consider supporting Living Water Ministries in any way that you can, whether now or in the future. The cancellation of our 2020 summer season will have an unprecedented financial impact on our organization. We are faithful, strong, disciplined, efficient, and well managed. However, even the very best organizations are suffering under these exceptional circumstances. Whether your support comes by way of a large or small donation, volunteerism, or prayer, any contribution in support of our mission helps rebuild momentum lost due to this interruption.
